About the Chef:
A creative and experienced Cordon Bleu Chef trained at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, Jacqueline Wise has worked at Buckingham Palace, The Ritz and Michelin Star restaurants. Jacqueline has been on the Radio and Television sharing her knowledge and reached the semi-finals of Young Chef of the Year competition. She won TV Cookery Show ‘Win it Cook it’ on Channel 4, and also appeared on Masterchef The Professionals. Running wedding catering and private dining businesses, Jacqueline and her Team have been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Positively Delicious is her way of adapting and fighting back. She is also working on an autobiographical cook book of the same name, due to be published in 2021.

Previously based in classrooms, woodlands and barns across the South, we are delighted to be in residence from November 2020 at The Guildford Institute, a covid secure venue in the heart of Guildford in Surrey.
Our educational food experiences are suitable for groups of up to 12, and observe all social distancing and covid guidelines, perfect for Christmas get togethers for work, families and friends. Plus, if another lockdown happens, we can take your course online or move it to the new year. We are also offering vouchers; a great Christmas gift. Prices from £145 per person for a whole day of cookery, all food, drink, recipes and a take home treat.
