Mummy&Me Yoga taster class! Our postnatal yoga class is designed to align your body, improve posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen your core and lower back. This gentle session will release tension in your shoulders, tone your abdomen and teach key deep-breathing exercises to alleviate some tiredness and clear your mind. Babies are welcome and enjoy their own play or quiet time on Busylizzy duvets with cushions and toys. Suitable for any fitness level.
